I require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, with the remainder paid 3 days before your event. If you are booking and your event is within 5 days, the entire balance is due at booking. Should you need to cancel, please try to do so within 72 hours of your event. At that time, you can reschedule. Cancellation after the 72-hour window will require a new deposit should you reschedule. For last-minute bookings, please call to check availability. I will try to accommodate you! **I understand that things happen and I will consider refunding your deposit based on the cancellation reason. I’m not a Jerk…lol! But it will be at my discretion.

Your date/time is not locked in until your deposit is paid.
The Boujee Balloon only uses quality latex. I will only use the balloons I provide. I will not style your Amazon kit. I care about my work and your event…trust me, these are not “just balloons” you always get what you pay for, and it’s only premium latex around here!

The gold hoops and pipe and drape stands used for your event are not for keeping. I will return after your event to collect them.

If you purchase a Boujee Balloon Column(s), the poles inside are yours to keep, but if you return them, I will give you $10 off your next booking.
Balloons Outside: A. While I try my best, balloons are unpredictable outside, especially in hot weather. They can last a bit better if they are lighter in color and placed, if possible, in the shade. I underinflate to help them last, as the latex expands in the heat. In cold temperatures, balloons tend to deflate quickly. Foil balloons will deflate in colder temperatures but inflate back to their blown-up shape once the temperature is warmer. B. Once balloons are blown up and placed outside/exposed to outside air, they oxidize and go from shiny to matte or dull in appearance. If you do not want this, I can apply a balloon spray that will allow them to have a beautiful shine. C. Balloons inside generally last for weeks, but certain temperatures indoors may also affect the stability of your balloons.

Super IMPORTANT: The Boujee Balloon retains the right to refuse services to anyone. The Boujee Balloon maintains the right to cancel at any time for Good Reason.
